He started learning Piano since 1980 with famous piano professor Ardeshir Rohani.
Graduated from Industrial Engineering and completed the composition lessons with Farhad Fakhreddini (well-known Iranian composer and conductor), he started to teach private piano classes since 1996.
As he graduated from Art University of Tehran in Master Degree of Music Composition granted with the first rating degree, he completed his thesis under the supervision of Ahmad Pejman. He also was a Piano and Orchestration professor of Art University since 2004.
